The high intensity acoustic field will be achieved using a stack of speakers surrounding the satellite. These are driven by high power amplifiers (>0.5 MW) to achieve the overall sound pressure level of 146 dB. This method is relatively new to European Satellite manufacturers, but has been extensively used in the US. ​​
